Infrastructure AI Proposal · October 2026

Reactive engagement, from the people who actually matter.

Your words on the call, and they are the brief. The last campaign followed the innovation and got used, digested and discarded. This one is built to earn an answer.

The line the whole campaign hangs on: buildings are already smart. What they are missing is intelligence. The Agentic Hub is what closes that gap. Everything we publish works backwards from that sentence.

The rule we work to

We go after the industry, never a named company. The firms worth provoking are the ones worth partnering with later.

The provocations

“Unless you kick them in the gut, they will never feel the pain.” Your line. It sets the register for all nine.

Facilities management cost
What governments pay yearly to maintain infrastructure, against what agents cost.
Agentic building valuation
Why accept a point in time appraisal when the building reports its own condition.
The Last Dashboard
The humour series. Human in the loop, or human in the way.
3 a.m.
Do you know what your building is doing right now. Most owners cannot answer.
Service contract lock in
Paying yearly to support a system that has not learned anything since install.
The savings that never arrived
A decade of optimisation promises against what showed up on the bill.
Installed base inertia
Your installed base is going dark, and nobody is enlivening it.
Autonomy Readiness Index
Your own maturity model, published as a public scorecard.
Governance and guardrails
Runs underneath all eight. The answer to the objection every provocation invites.

One at a time, so each draws a reaction before the next lands. Glen's list leads once it arrives.

Your material, read and watched in full

You asked for a first reaction and for where each piece sits. The written work is close to ready. The films are your best assets and the furthest from publishable, for reasons that are all fixable.

Asset Valuation film 2:20 · 321 MB
Your sharpest story, and the product screens are real. Two blockers: it is over LinkedIn's upload limit, and the screens name York, Trane, Caterpillar and Siemens, with Siemens on a watchlist. We relabel and cut to 40 seconds.
Campaign opener
Module film 4:06 · 561 MB
Opens on the right line, closes on Dubai. Same size problem, and the co-branded render needs a nod from NVIDIA before it is public. We cut 40 and 15 second versions.
Product hero
FinTech Engine paper 15 pp
Already designed and campaign grade. It goes up close to as is, behind a form, as where the valuation provocation sends people. Pillar 5 implies four more.
Gated download
Module white paper 54 pp
Too long to be a campaign asset, too good to leave unused. It becomes the source for a two page executive brief and the product page copy.
Source material
Dubai roadmap Internal
An engineering document written for Condor. Nothing in it should be published, but it is the reference we build the Dubai moment from.
Not published

The Stage 0 to 5 maturity model in your roadmap is the readiness scorecard Glen was after. Lifted out on its own it lets any owner place themselves on a scale, and the scale ends where you are standing. It is the cheapest provocation on the list because it is already written.

The Digital Twin film has not reached us, only the written piece. Send it and it sits behind the valuation story as the proof layer.

What we do with it

You and Glen create the material and your videographer shoots to camera. Our work is the middle and the end: making it publishable, putting it in front of the right people, and catching what comes back.

Layer 01

Make it publishable

  • Films recut, compressed and sized per platform, so they can actually be posted.
  • Equipment names regraded out of the valuation screens.
  • Every piece in three sizes: a capsule, a full version for the site, and a named version addressed to one decision maker.
  • Site and social timed to your press, so it all lands at once, not a week apart.
Layer 02

Put it where it will get hit

  • Google and LinkedIn relaunched behind the provocations rather than behind product messaging.
  • On the targeting already built and paused: twelve named facilities firms, 2,200 operations decision makers, the investor track.
  • Each provocation pointed at the briefing page that matches it.
Layer 03

Catch the reaction

  • The lead path rebuilt to record server side, so a response cannot be lost on the way.
  • Owner and status on every contact, so an enquiry lands with a person rather than in a list.
  • Attribution wired through, so you can see which provocation produced which conversation.
  • The named presentation package for the NVIDIA room.

Layer three is the one we are adding, and it makes the other two worth paying for. A campaign built to provoke a response needs somewhere for the response to land.

The run to 30 November

Weeks 1 to 2
Films made publishable. Lead path rebuilt. Valuation story live as film and social, timed to your press. Paid relaunched behind it.
Weeks 3 to 6
Provocations on a steady cadence. Readiness Index published. Executive brief and gated papers live.
Weeks 7 to 8
Dubai reveal. Film, twin on screen and presentation package for the room, timed to your release.

What it costs

One time build
$3,500
Campaign architecture, the lead path rebuild, the Agentic Hub product page, and the first wave of assets made publishable.
Then monthly
$4,500 /mo
All three layers, produced, published and managed. Month to month, no lock in, cancel whenever it has done its job.

The monthly has not moved. It is the same $4,500 you were paying for paid media management alone. That management is now one of three layers, and the other two come with it.

Start now · $8,000

Build plus month one. Then $4,500 a month from month two.

What the monthly covers

Terms

Nothing here is fixed. Themes, order, tone and emphasis are yours to move, and changing them is part of the work rather than a change order.

To start, we need

$3,500 build + $4,500/mo. Build and month one due to start.
